Successents is a virtual 5-week professional development and P.L.A.C.E Program for high school students.
Our program equips students with the mindset, life skills, strategies, mentorship and career readiness needed to succeed in life.
Students will develop a growth mindset and resilience through frameworks for overcoming challenges, while building their resume, LinkedIn profile, and connecting with success sponsors and cohorts. (if in cohort option)
Focuses on essential life skills, including leadership, financial literacy, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication that students can immediately apply in their lives.
Students will learn to motivate themselves, set goals, manage their time effectively, and drive innovation, while developing key academic and entrepreneurial skills, mastering design thinking, and understanding how AI can accelerate their career growth.
Students will engage in career planning and college preparation, improving their interview skills and connecting with mentors and classmates for ongoing support. (if in cohort option)
The final week helps students create a personalized college and career roadmap by assessing their strengths through CliftonStrengths, Strong Interest Inventory, and VIA Character Strengths surveys.
